New apartments and penthouses for sale on Marbella's Golden Mile

Design Hills Marbella is a branded residential development designed in collaboration with Dolce&Gabbana. It sits on the hills above Marbella's Golden Mile, roughly 600 metres above sea level, with open views over the coast towards La Concha and the Mediterranean.

The scheme is arranged across five low-rise blocks, each named after an Italian city. The homes are large apartments and penthouses, with interiors from 173 to 421 square metres and generous terraces, several with private rooftop pools. Prices in the current release start at 5,250,000 euros.

Residents share a broad set of on-site facilities. These include a signature spa with hammam and saunas, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness centre and sports courts, a pool club and a beach club, and a retail drive with restaurants, a gourmet shop and a bakery. There is also a residents' private club, a kids club and an outdoor cinema.

The Golden Mile setting places Puente Romano and the beach within a few minutes, with Puerto Banus, Marbella town and the area's golf courses close by.
