New apartments and penthouses for sale on the New Golden Mile, Estepona

Royal Park Residence is a gated development of 57 south-facing homes on the New Golden Mile in Estepona, set back from the coast and about a ten-minute walk from the beach. It was designed by the studio of architect Pablo Villarroel.

The homes run from two- and three-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom penthouses with private solariums. Plans are open, with floor-to-ceiling windows, wide terraces and sea views to the south. Each apartment comes with two underground parking spaces and a storeroom.
