Villa La Toca - Contemporary architect-designed villa for sale in El Herrojo Alto, Benahavis

Villa La Toca sits in El Herrojo Alto, a gated part of La Quinta in the hills above Benahavis. It was designed by Antonio Morillo of AMES Architects, built in 2019 and refurbished in 2020 by Palmeras. Outside, a sculpted terrace steps down to an infinity-edge saltwater pool, with a jacuzzi and a fire pit set into the garden. The grounds are landscaped and irrigated automatically. The house runs on a home automation system, with water-based underfloor heating throughout, solar panels and a fireplace in the main living room. There is a two-car garage, and the community is watched around the clock.

El Herrojo Alto looks out over sea and mountains and sits close to La Quinta Golf and Country Club, with its 27-hole Manuel Pinero course. San Pedro de Alcantara, Puerto Banus and the coast are about ten minutes down the hill, and Aloha College and Colegio San Jose are both nearby. The AP-7 links the area to Marbella, Estepona and Malaga airport.
